GUIDELINES FOR DOSING

Starting dosage of cannabinoids recommended by experienced medical professional usually lies anywhere between 10 and 100 mg.  The effective dose of cannabinoids for some conditions such as anxiety can be less than 10 mg in hyper-responding individuals.  If the effective dose is at the low end of the scale, try 1/2 or even 1/4 of the minimal dose (previously established) from the above protocol and see what happens.  Remember, the lowest effective dose is the best dose, its cheaper and the body will better tolerate longer term use.

" I asked for a daytime strain without some of the more stimulating sativa effects – pounding heart, racing thoughts, etc. These aspects had always rubbed me the wrong way, but I was interested to see if I could find a strain with some of the reported benefits of sativa dominant strains – clear headedness, focus, positivity and even energy. The budtender recommended a strain called Halley’s Comet, which I later found out to be a high CBD strain."  - Herban Indigo
